Got a question? Here are some quick answers to the things we get asked most. Still unsure? Just get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
Currently, our café is only open to the attendees of play sessions, during play times.
Our play sessions are 90 minutes. We close between every session for cleaning and must enforce session start and end times.
All play admission tickets are non-refundable and non-moveable. However, you may transfer the booking to a friend and inform us of the new name on the booking.
Your party date holding deposit is non-refundable and ensures the date is reserved just for you. The balance of other party payment terms are detailed in party booking forms. Please contact us to discuss info@vivi-noo.co.uk.
We strongly recommend prebooking to guarantee your visit since we strictly limit capacity, but if there is availability walk-ins are welcome.
We know how often and easily the little ones get poorly, so please do consider others and stay at home if you or your child are feeling unwell.
Yes, we have baby changing and will gladly help you with spare changing items in the event that you have forgotten anything.
We strictly DO NOT allow any outside food and drinks at Vivi & Noo. We cater for allergies and dietary requirements which we take very seriously. We also provide baby food in our café.
No, your child must remain with you in your care at all times. They are your responsibility throughout your visit.
There is unrestricted street parking all around our premises, however, please park very considerately of our neighbours and do not block dropped curbs, driveways and garages.
Please note York Street nearby enforces school parking restrictions during 8:15-9:00 AM and 3:00-3:45 PM.
We do not permit prams inside the venue, but there is under-cover pram parking outside. We encourage you to leave prams in your car where possible. This is due to space limitations, but most importantly to keep our floor sparkling clean for little crawlers. We cannot accept any liability for items left outside in the pram parking. Please do not leave any valuables.
Our space is set up for the enjoyment of 0-4 year olds only and we do not recommend it for older children. We do understand you may want to visit with older siblings at times; please purchase an additional ticket for them and make sure they understand babies and toddlers are playing on the floor and care and safety is priority.
Absolutely. We are a Free to Feed venue and you are welcome to feed your baby any way. If you are in the area and need somewhere to sit and breastfeed, you are always welcome to take a seat in our lobby to do so comfortably.
